Support and connection within a shared container.

Breathing in a group allows for a collective energy that supports the individual journey. These sessions provide a safe space to practice alongside others while staying deeply connected to your own internal experience.

  • The Format: Sessions are 60–90 minutes for groups of up to 14 people, ensuring the space remains intimate and held.

  • Public Events: I facilitate open group sessions regularly. You can find upcoming dates on the [Events] page.

  • Private Bookings: These can be booked for existing communities, including studios, workplaces, gyms, or private gatherings in the Bend area.

One-to-One Sessions

Personalized support for your nervous system.

Individual sessions are 75 minutes long and shaped by your current needs and capacity. We move at the pace of your body, never forcing a result. These sessions are designed as a collaborative journey; we can work toward a specific goal or intention over time, tracking your progress and shifts across multiple sessions to support lasting change.

  • The Space: You have the choice of practicing in the comfort of your own home or within a dedicated, private space I provide in my home.

  • The Flow: We begin with a seated check-in and dialogue to land in the space and name your intention. This is followed by a guided breathing phase and dedicated time for rest and integration.

  • The Close: Every session concludes with grounding practices and space to verbally process or share what surfaced.

  • Investment: Sliding scale based on your possibilities $50 – $90 per session.

Thematic Sessions

Extended journeys for deeper exploration.

Thematic sessions are immersive experiences built around a specific focus. We combine breath with reflective practices—such as journaling, meditation, or visualization.

  • The Format: These are extended journeys lasting 90–120 minutes, providing ample time for both the practice and a gentle landing.

  • Public Events: These are scheduled throughout the year as special deep-dive workshops. You can view upcoming themes and dates on the [Events] page.

  • Private Bookings: I offer custom-themed sessions for private groups, retreats, or wellness intensives, curated specifically to serve your group's needs.
