Pregnancy Nervous System Regulation: Turning Inward
You are invited to explore the breath as a supportive tool for relaxation during pregnancy. This heart-centered session offers a quiet, grounded space to shift the body out of stress and into ease. Through specialized down-regulation breathing techniques and gentle vocal toning, we will work on releasing tension and deepening your connection with your baby.

To bring: You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat; however, mats and extra props (bolsters, blankets, and cushions) are available on-site for your comfort.
