You are invited to explore the breath as a practical, somatic tool for nervous system regulation and deep self-awareness. In this guided group session, we will explore the circular breath rhythm to create a quiet space to settle the mind, release stored tension, and meet your emotions with absolute clarity.

Whether you are navigating daily stress or looking to deepen your self-exploration, this space is held for you.

The Flow of the Session:

  • 10 min: Introduction & Breathwork Theory

  • 40 min: Guided Practice

  • 20 min: Integration & Closing Circle

To Bring: A yoga mat. (A blanket and eye mask are optional for your extra comfort)
