Pregnancy Nervous System Regulation An invitation to explore the breath as your most powerful "loophole" for regulation during pregnancy. This heart-centered session offers a grounded space to shift the body from stress into a restorative state of safety. Through down-regulation breathing techniques and low-frequency vocal toning, we release tension in the pelvic floor and deepen the connection between you and your baby.
